How long till headsets for AR porn?

Magic Leap has been working on their Augmented Reality headset for quite a while now but we still don’t have access to it. We can already buy them from some companies but most of them are still in works and the AR equipment is not easily available for the public yet. For now, we know that dev kits are shipping to select partners, however they are told to take extra security precautions to not show it or talk about it to anyone. Magic Leap promised to release their miracle tech sometime in 2018, earlier this month they released an SDK and it seemed that we’ll get our hands on this device very soon. And yet the company insists on keeping all the information in secret. A Magic Leap spokesman confirmed shipping a certain number of headsets to some partners. They can test the equipment in tightly controlled environment and are allowed to do so only after signing nondisclosure agreements. We can only hope that among those mentioned partners are some adult industry producers because we can’t wait for the full-blown HD AR porn.

It’s hard to get any clear information about Magic Leap’s device as all the partners had to sign an NDA and aren’t allowed to talk about this tech in detail. Some say that it’s not how one should promote the product. One thing is certain - we’re getting more and more impatient every day. The company slowly starts to receive the bad publicity. People, from being excited about the new AR tech, are starting to get annoyed and looking for the AR headsets elsewhere (for example from Microsoft, who already released their HoloLens). It seems like augmented reality fucking will not be easily accessible any time soon. 

Can we rely on Magic Leap’s promise to release the AR kit in 2018 or should we focus on other companies who work on similar technology to ensure us the access to Augmented Reality equipment and hence the AR porn? Whether it’ll be tomorrow, next week or next year, let’s all be patient because augmented reality sex is the porn experience worth waiting for.
